Represented Nestlé Waters North America Inc. in a lawsuit brought in California by one of its production workers alleging that she was discriminated against because of a disability in violation of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. The court granted our motion for summary judgment and dismissed all of the plaintiff's claims. The California Court of Appeals affirmed the dismissal.
