The New Jersey Bankers Association and the Kilpatrick Stockton Financial Institutions Team presented a webinar highlighting the impact of the new financial regulation reform legislation on community banks. The webinar focused on who the regulators will be, the changes that impact charters and how to realign business strategies in order to cope with the new regulatory environment. The presentation also included a roadmap for the implementation of the new law.
