Barry Fleishman, David Lindsay and Chris Matton will speak at the ACC Mountain West Chapter CLE & Ski Event in Park City, Utah on February 26, 2010.
Mr. Fleishman will speak on a panel discussing "Complex Policy Holder Insurance Coverage & Product Liability Issues." Mr. Lindsay and Mr. Matton will speak on a panel entitled "Pennywise & Pound Foolish: Employee vs. Independent Contractor Classification.”
