Craig Smith focuses his practice on the representation of private and non-profit clients in the health care and health and life science industries, including health systems, hospitals, medical groups, physician groups, long term care facilities, continuing care retirement facilities, hospice providers, medical device companies, clinical research organizations, and research consortiums. He has extensive experience in representing clients in the health care and health and life science industries in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, licensing and commercialization transactions, all types of financing including commercial lending, bond and venture capital transactions, restructurings, regulatory and corporate governance matters.
