Jason Wenker focuses his practice on commercial and complex business litigation and product liability litigation in federal and state courts across the country. He also assists companies with product recalls, including working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Mr. Wenker has successfully resolved cases for various Fortune 500 companies via summary judgment, mediated settlements, and trial. He was named a "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers magazine in 2006 and was named to the Triad Business Journal's "40 Leaders Under 40" list in 2011.
