Stephanie Westfield focuses her practice on securitization and structured finance. Her emphasis is in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). Ms. Westfield represents servicers in the servicing-related aspects of structured finance transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Westfield was an associate at another Atlanta law firm where she represented lenders in syndicated and single lender asset-based lending transactions.
