Joe Bradley focuses his practice on corporate law. Mr. Bradley counsels clients on a wide array of corporate, securities and regulatory matters, including corporate governance, public and private securities offerings, corporate reorganizations, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting compliance, mergers and acquisitions, stock-based compensation and executive compensation. Mr. Bradley works with private equity funds in structuring acquisitions of financial institutions and financial institution holding companies.
