Sören Druve focuses his practice on corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructurings, joint ventures and other co-operation agreements and company law. He also has experience in commercial law and general contract law including agency and distributorships and has worked with clients in various industries including manufacturing and telecommunications.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Druve worked for an international law firm where he was the head of one of their global industry sector groups.  He speaks fluent Swedish and English.
