Jeff Fuller focuses his practice on financial restructuring and bankruptcy. Mr. Fuller has experience with insolvency issues in a wide variety of industries. His practice includes representation of secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, landlords, creditor committees, preference defendants, indenture trustees, franchisors and various other parties. His practice is national in scope.

During law school, Mr. Fuller was an intern for U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Tennessee and was recognized as an American College of Bankruptcy Sixth Circuit Distinguished Law Student in 2004.
