Jason Link practices intellectual property law with a focus on patent preparation and prosecution, patent litigation and intellectual property issues associated with transactions. He practices in a wide range of technologies, including mechanical devices, food production, textile products and equipment, packaging, chemicals and chemical processes, telecommunications, furniture and other areas within the mechanical and chemical arts.
Mr. Link regularly prepares and prosecutes patent applications on behalf of clients both in the United States and internationally and counsels clients regarding their patent procurement programs. He evaluates patents in connection with infringement, validity and related issues, and conducts intellectual property due diligence in connection with licenses and other transactions. Mr. Link also assists clients in drafting and negotiating agreements related to technology development and protection of trade secrets.
