Catherine Munson is part of the Litigation Department of Kilpatrick Townsend's Washington, D.C., office and focuses her practice on Native American Affairs. Ms. Munson represents tribes and individual Indians in federal courts and before administrative agencies in matters involving the enforcement of the federal government's trust responsibility and the protection of tribal land and resources. Ms. Munson has also successfully represented private and public companies in state and federal courts across the country. Ms. Munson has been recognized as a Georgia Rising Star Super Lawyer.
