Maureen Sheehy serves as Co-Managing Partner of the firm and serves on the firm's Executive Committee. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, and unfair competition matters. She has extensive experience leading litigation teams in both federal and state courts, as well as before the United States International Trade Commission in ITC 337 proceedings. In addition to intellectual property disputes, Ms. Sheehy's litigation practice has spanned accounting fraud, white-collar investigations, trade secret, trust disputes, and antitrust and unfair competition claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sheehy was a partner at a California-based litigation boutique, where she represented both small and large business concerns in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts.
