Reginald Williamson focuses his practice on construction and infrastructure projects, construction litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and government and municipal contracting. He represents all types of clients in the construction industry, including private and public owners, general contractors, engineers, EPC contractors, design-build contractors, subcontractors in various construction trades and sureties. Mr. Williamson represents clients involved in a variety of infrastructure industries, including clients involved in oil and gas, sustainable energies and railway logistics.

He has developed an early knowledge in the procurement and administration of government contracts, including federal contract compliance and competitive bidding for all manners of municipal, state and government contracts, GSA schedule contracts and public-private partnerships. Mr. Williamson represents clients in federal contract disputes before the Court of Federal Claims, the GAO and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, as well as government contract disputes involving state and local authorities. Mr. Williamson has also developed experience in state professional licensing for all manners of construction trades.

Mr. Williamson contributes to numerous construction law journals, including the annual Construction Law Update (Aspen) and Construction Disputes: Practice Guide with Forms (Aspen).

Mr. Williamson supports the firm’s commitment to pro bono representation, including the Grandparent Adoption program, and has litigated numerous pro bono wage claim cases. He has served as a mentor in the Power Lunch program through Everybody Wins.

Before entering law school, Mr. Williamson was active in state politics, serving as a legislative aide in the Georgia State House to the chairman of the Industrial Relations Committee and vice-chairman of Appropriations Subcommittee on Health.

Mr. Williamson remains active in the Atlanta community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Peachtree Hills Civic Association and on the Young Alumni Council for the Westminster Schools.
